Owner, Kristyn LeBarron, has been in the Bridal Industry for over 8 years as a stylist, manager, and bridal coordinator for an award-winning company. She sees the need in the industry for a wedding venue and event space that allows brides to enjoy their big day, even under all the regulations. The Hinterland is a place you can come to and have options. 2020 allowed us to take on an old barn and turn it into a magical space to enjoy your wedding- We bring to you The Hinterland.

The Hinterland is a barn located in Avon CT. We have decided to take a leap of faith and restore the barn to become a beautiful, budget-friendly rustic wedding venue. To follow along, keep an eye on our Instagram @TheHinterland_ct
