Event Space Rentals includes:

Early access for bride/bridal party to utilize barn for step up and getting ready

Rights to the property for photography use, bistro lighting.

Tables and chairs - 100 inside and 100 outside - Ivory or White linens

Parking lot & grass area to accommodate guests.

On-site indoor bathrooms

ADD ONS:

Ceremony- $400 (ADD ON ARCH $100)

Extra time** - 1 Hour Add ons are $500 each hour. There is no additional charge for the bride/bridal party to enter early to get ready.

Tent 80-100 people set up fee $1200

Choice 1 of 3 different ceremony arches 125.00

Day Of Coordinator @AllSetup- Devon $TBD also specializes in day of set up-We highly recommend having someone to help plan & Devon is your girl.

IN HOUSE COORDINATOR $1700

Additional Persons $40 each person over the package offered. Max guests can not exceed 100 people indoors- with the use of indoor and outdoor area and can go to 120 guests! Tent add on would be needed for over 100 guests.
